Weldvis has launched a 2nd generation Digital Welding Vision Camera in the first quarter of 2019, following the first generation of welding vision cameras launched eight years ago, led by a chief engineer with 35 years of video imaging hardware experience.
The 1st generation welding vision camera was developed as a 120dB+ HDR analog camera and sold to Japan, Germany, the United States and Korea since 2010 and has been well received for welding arc monitoring and blast furnace / incinerator monitoring.
Weldvis’s 2nd generation welding vision cameras are ideally suited for monitoring the arcs of the industries’ various welding processes such as TIG, PAW, FCAW, MIG / CO2 and LBW through the 140dB+ HDR high performance dynamic range image processing technology unlike using the conventional black dot-filter and they are excellently suitable for the weld-based manufacturing industries such as robot welding, pipe manufacturing, butt welding, car manufacturing, inner cladding and 3D metal printing (AM: Additive Manufacturing).
