Weldvis WL2-H7MLAC 용접 비전카메라는 140dB+ 이상의 HDR (High Dynamic Range) 성능을 실현하여 용접아크(Welding Arc), 용가재(Filler Metal), 용융풀(Molten Pool), 용접비드(Weld Bead) 및 용접심(Welding Seam)의 모니터링에 최적화 되도록 개발되었습니다.
WL2-H7ML에는 산업용 고신뢰성 렌즈를 기본으로 장착하여 전용 콘트롤러에 의해 초점과 조리개를 용접프로세스에 최적으로 조정하고 저장할 수 있습니다.
또한, 프리셋 셔터제어 기능으로 용접시작 전/후와 용접 종료 전/후의 영상 밝기를 자동으로 조절할 수 있으며, 4개의 고휘도 백색LED가 카메라 전면에서 조명을 제공하여 용접 시작 전에 용접점의 위치 설정이 용이합니다.
공랭식 하우징을 채용하여 용접열로부터 카메라를 보호 합니다.
Weldvis's Welding Vision Camera, WL2-H7MLAC, was specially developed for capturing and monitoring the Welding Arc, Filler Metal, Molten Pool, Weld Bead and Welding Seam clearly.
Industrial high-reliability lens is built-in WL2-H7MLAC as standard and enables to optimize/save Focus & IRIS according to Welding process by a dedicated controller.
In addition, the preset shutter control function enables automatically adjust the brightness of image before / after starting of Welding and before / after finishing of Welding.
4 High Power White LEDs provides illumination from the front of camera and makes positioning the Welding spot easily before starting Welding.
Air-cooled housing protects the camera from welding heat.
