ㆍ2대의 용접 비젼카메라를 연결하여, 각각의 카메라를 제어하고, 하나의 모니터에 선택된 카메라 영상을 전 화면 또는 분할 화면으로 디스플레이 할 수 있습니다.
ㆍ단일 또는 분할 비디오 디스플레이의 다양한 디스플레이 모드를 제공합니다. H-Crop, HV-축소 및 H-축소의 세 가지 분할 비디오 형식을 사용할 수 있습니다.
ㆍ각 용접 비젼카메라와 제어기는 각 1가닥의 케이블을 통해 전원, 제어신호 및 비디오 신호를 전송합니다..
ㆍ용접비젼카메라의 영상 신호를 HDMI 신호로 변환하여 외부 모니터에 디스플레이 할 수 있습니다.
ㆍ전용 버튼으로 카메라 렌즈의 촛점(FOCUS)과 조리개(IRIS)를 조절하고 조리개 값을 저장하도록 제어합니다 (WL2-H7ML형 비젼카메라 제어시에만 해당합니다)
ㆍ카메라 전면의 백색 LED조명의 점등을 제어함 (조명용 LED 내장형 비젼카메라 제어시에만 해당합니다)
ㆍ’Go’ 또는 ‘STANDBY’버튼을 3초 이상 눌러 현재의 카메라 상태를 저장할 수 있습니다 (WL2-H7ML 카메라를 제어할 때는 현재의 조리개 값도 함께 저장됩니다)
ㆍ용접 시작 시 ‘Go’ 버튼으로 용접 모니터링 모드로 즉시 진입(렌즈 조리개 값과 저장된 변수값들이 바로 적용됨)하고, 용접 종료 후 ‘STANDBY’ 버튼에 의해 렌즈 조리개 개방과 함께 대기모드 설정 값들이 적용되어 대기모드로 진입합니다.
ㆍWL2-H7ML형 비젼 카메라는 ‘LENS INITIALIZE’ 버튼으로 카메라 렌즈의 초점과 조리개 위치의 영점을 초기화 할 수 있습니다.
ㆍWPM-152는 15.4” IPS Full HD 모니터와 WCR-2제어기를 견고한 가방에 내장한 포터블 모니터 입니다.
ㆍConnects two welding vision cameras to control each camera and displays the selected camera video on one monitor either as a full screen or as a split screen.
ㆍProvides various display modes, Single or Split video disply. Three kinds of Split video forms are available, H-crop, HV-shrink and H-shrink.
ㆍEach welding vision camera is wired for power, control and video signals through one cable.
ㆍConverts Video signal from the welding vision camera into HDMI signal for display.
ㆍControls the camera lens for focus and iris with their dedicated buttons and can store IRIS value (Available only when controlling WL2-H7ML type vision camera)
ㆍControls lighting of white LED lights on the front of the camera (Available only when controlling WL2-H7ML type vision camera)
ㆍCan save the current camera status by pressing the 'Go' or 'STANDBY' button for more than 3 seconds (When controlling WL2-H7ML camera, IRIS value is also saved)
ㆍWith ‘Go’ button, the welding monitoring mode immediately starts with the welding monitoring parameters previously saved. And with ‘STANDBY’ button, the camera exits the welding monitoring mode and displays the brighter video with no welding arc.
ㆍReference positions of lens focus and iris can be reset with 'LENS INITIALIZE' button’ (Available for WL2-H7ML type vision camera only)
ㆍWPM-152 is a portable monitor in a sturdy case with 15.4”, IPS, Full HD monitor and a WCR-2 controller.
