Weldvis의 WL2-H9WC 시리즈는 작업환경에 따라 수냉(Water Cooling) 또는 공냉(Air Cooling)으로 냉각 방식을 선택하여 사용 할 수 있는 전천후 용접 모니터링 비전 카메라로서, 특히, 장시간 동안 고온에서 사용해야 하는 파이프 육성용접 공정과 붐(BOOM) 내면용접 및 조관 공정의 내면용접 모니터링에 적합하도록 설계 되었습니다.
WL2-H9WC 시리즈 용접 비전 카메라는 140dB+ HDR의 고성능 다이나믹 레인지 이미지 처리 기술을 통해 TIG, PAW, FCAW, MIG / CO2 및 LBW와 같은 산업계의 다양한 용접 프로세스에서 용접아크(Welding Arc), 용가재(Filler Metal), 용융풀(Molten Pool), 용접비드(Weld Bead) 및 용접심(Welding Seam)등을 고화질로 촬영할 수 있는 용접 비전 카메라로서, 고해상도 렌즈와 2개의 고출력 백색 LED 조명을 채택하고 내열강화 보호유리로 보호하여 열로 인한 손상과 먼지 및 스패터에 의한 오염을 방지하며, 용접시작 전에 작업자가 토치를 셋팅할 때, 더 밝은 이미지를 제공합니다.
WL2-H9WC 카메라는 용접 아크를 감지하여, 'Standby'<->'Go'에 대응하는 촬영방식을 자동으로 전환하므로 핸즈프리로 용접영상을 모니터링 할 수 있습니다.

Weldvis’ WL2-H9WC series is the high-performance welding vision cameras that feature 140dB+ HDR image processing technology enabling to see welding arcs, filler wire, molten pools, and weld bead and seam in various industry welding processes such as TIG, PAW, FCAW, MIG/CO2 and LBW.
WL2-H9WC series is specifically for high-temperature applications with the water-cooled/air-cooled feature that allows video to be grabbed closer to the weld arc, making it ideal for pipe clad welding, boom welding and tube milling.
WL2-H9WC series adopts the high resolution lenses and two high power white LED lights which are protected by the heat-resistant glass window against heat damage and dust and spatter contamination, and provides a brighter image when setting the welding torch before starting welding
Camera detects the welding arc and automatically switches the shooting mode corresponding to 'Standby'<->'Go', so it allows the operator to monitor the welding video hands-free.
