WELDVIS

・ 2대의 용접비전 카메라를  연결하여, 각각의 카메라를 제어하고, 하나의 모니터에 선택된 카메라 영상을 전 화면 또는

   분할 화면으로 디스플레이 할 수 있습니다.

・ 2대의 카메라를 용접 아크를 중심으로 180º 마주보게 설치하거나, 90º 되게 설치하여 1화면에서 2방향의 영상을 동시에

   관찰하거나 녹화 할 수 있으므로  연구 분석에 효과적으로 사용할 수있습니다.

・ 단일 또는 분할 비디오 디스플레이의 다양한 디스플레이 모드를 제공합니다

・ H-Crop, HV-축소 및 H-축소의 세 가지 분할 비디오 형식을 사용할 수 있습니다.

・ 각 용접 비전카메라와 제어기는 각 1가닥의 케이블을 통해 전원, 제어신호 및 비디오 신호를 전송합니다.

・ 용접 비전 카메라의 영상 신호를 HDMI 신호로 변환하여 외부 모니터에 디스플레이 할 수 있습니다.

・ 전용 버튼으로 카메라 렌즈의 초점(FOCUS)과 조리개(IRIS)를 조절하고 조리개 값을 저장하도록 제어합니다.

   (WL2-H7ML형 비전카메라 제어시에만 해당합니다).

・ 카메라 전면의 백색 LED조명의 점등을 제어함(조명용 LED 내장형 비전카메라 제어시에만 해당합니다).

・ ‘Go’ 또는 ‘STANBY’ 버튼을 3초 이상 눌러 현재의 카메라 상태를 저장할 수 있습니다.

   (WL2-H7ML 카메라를 제어할 때에는 현재의 조리개 값도 함께 저장 됩니다).

・ 용접 시작 시 ‘Go’ 버튼으로 용접 모니터링 모드로 즉시 진입(렌즈 조리개 값과 저장된 변수 값들이 바로 적용 됨)하고,

   용접 종료 후 ‘STANDBY’ 버튼에 의해 렌즈 조리개 개방과 함께 대기모드 설정 값들이 적용되어 대기모드로 진입합니다.

・ WL2-H7ML형 비전 카메라는 ‘LENS INITIALIZE’버튼으로 카메라 렌즈의  초점과 조리개 위치의 영점을 초기화 할 수있다.

 

 

・ Connects two welding vision cameras to control each camera and displys the selectrd camera video on one monitor 

   either as a full screen or as a split screen.

・ Two cameras can be installed facing each other 180º around the weld arc or 90º to simultaneously  observe or redord 

   images in two directions on the first screen, which can be used effectively for  research analysis.

・ Provides various display modes, Single or Split video display.

・ Three kinds of Split video forms are available, H-crop, HV-shrink and H-shrink.

・ Each welding vision camera is wired for power, control and video signals through one cable.

・ Converts Video signal from the welding vision camera into HDMI signal for display.

・ Controls the camera lens for  focus and iris with their dedicated button  snd can store IRIS value.

   ( Available only when controlling WL2-H7ML type video camera) 

・ Control lighting of white LED lights on the front of the camera.

   (Available only when controlling  WL2-H7ML Type vision camera)

・ Can save the current camera status by pressing to ‘Go’ or ‘STANDBY’ button for more than 3seconds.

   (When controlling WL2-H7ML camera, IRIS value is also saved)

・ With ‘Go’ button, the welding monitoring mode immediatly start with the welding monitoring parameters previously saved. 

   And with ‘STANDBY’ button, the camera exist the welding monitoring mode and displays the brighter video with no welding  arc.

・ Reference position of lens focus and iris can be reset with ‘LENS INITIALIZE’ button (Available for WL2-H7ML type vision camera only).
